LONG-TERM CARE

St. Patrick's Manor promotes resident centered care which entails comprehensive nursing care, quality programing, rehab, and restorative services. Our aim is to capture the essence of meaningful living for all of our residents.

SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION

The Rosarie Center is a post-acute care unit at St. Patrick's Manor and has a dedicated medical staff and rehabilitation team. Our skilled professionals work closely together to ensure that individuals attain the highest level of functioning. 

MEMORY CARE

The Lourdes Center for Memory Care is a beautiful, state of the art setting, utilizing individual and group therapeutic programs. Our guiding principle of "person centered" care is fostered in a home like environment, and brings joy and purpose to each day.

PALLIATIVE CARE

Our Palliative/Hospice care program work to create a supportive and caring experience which involves the holistic integration of compassionate care from day of admission to end of life. 

ASSISTED LIVING
