Post-Acute Care / Short Term Rehab
Our community is known for providing exceptional care. Our professional and dedicated staff provides occupational, physical and speech therapy on a daily full-time basis. Treatment programs are designed to meet the physical and emotional goals necessary for residents to reach their optimum levels of functioning. A warm welcome and creative approach in treatment is the core of the motivating spirit that is generated within the Rehabilitation Department.
Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care
Quality of Life and quality of care go hand-in-hand at our community, where our skilled nursing and long-term care services deliver holistic care with respect for an individual’s unique needs.
Pastoral Care
The Pastoral Care Department provides religious services to all residents, family members and staff regardless of their religious affiliations. Religious and spiritual services are offered for all residents regardless of their denomination to provide spiritual comfort and guidance in their daily lives.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is celebrated daily in our Chapel. For those who are unable to attend, Holy Communion is distributed daily and the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the Sacrament of the Sick are available.
Respite Care
Our community offers comprehensive respite care for your loved one, when you need it. Enjoy the confidence of knowing that your family member will feel at home in a safe, comfortable environment.
Memory / Dementia Care
We know that memory loss can be challenging and frightening for the individual and their loved ones. Our Memory / Dementia Care provides assistance and support for residents struggling with cognitive impairment. Memory support services provide specific assistance and emotional support for residents and their families. Services include fun and intellectual brain fitness activities that focus on a holistic approach to wellness.
Hospice
Our approach to residents' care is based on the belief that they come to us with a history and values that extend beyond their current medical needs. The dignity of each person we care for is our top priority.
Continuum of Care
