Carmel Terrace, operated by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged & Infirm, is an assisted living facility on the campus of St. Patrick's Manor. The 62 one and two bedroom apartments are complemented by many gracious areas for gathering together, including a first class dining room. A lovely sunlit corridor connects the two facilities. This is especially important for those residents of Carmel Terrace who have a spouse or sibling living at St. Patrick's Manor. As couples age it sometimes happens that one spouse is in need of the care provided in a nursing home and the other is more independent. Carmel Terrace for the independent spouse and St. Patrick's Manor for the more dependent spouse provides a solution that minimizes the separation. Additionally, residents of Carmel Terrace are secure in knowing that if they should need either long or short term placement in a nursing home they will be welcomed at St. Patrick's Manor.
