The philosophy of the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm was conceived and nurtured in the Charism of our Foundress, Mother M. Angeline Teresa. With the heart of a Mother and Foundress, supported by God's love and wisdom, she was inspired to: identify the spiritual, personal, and social needs of the elderly. initiate programs and services for them. clasp the hand of an aged person and give meaning to the autumn of life. form a religious community preparing the way for others who would be dedicated to the care and service of the aged. We continue to carry on Mother Angeline's spirit and vision. Her legacy of compassionate care for the elderly is realized in our service to the special people we have the privilege of serving.
